General SCOOP Catheter Information:
All SCOOP catheters are 9 French outside diameter.   Internal length options are 9 cm, 11 cm, and 13 cm.  All SCOOP catheters are manufactured with one distal port.  In general, SCOOP patients require approximately one-half their nasal cannula flow rate.

Ordering Information

1. All orders are subject to acceptance by Transtracheal Systems, Inc., (TTS) at its offices in Englewood, Colorado. 
2. Only the products, quantity, specific shipping instructions and information requested by the customer and accepted by TTS shall apply.  
3. Any modifications regarding pricing, terms of sale or general ordering information shall not be effective unless accepted in writing by an authorized representative of TTS.
4. Purchase orders will not be accepted with inaccurate pricing.
5. All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars.
6. Prices are subject to change without notice.
7. Prices do not include applicable state and local taxes.  TTS may elect to pay such tax and add the amount to the invoice.

Terms (Domestic)

Net 30 days with established credit.  An interest charge of 1.5% per month, 18% per annum will be added to all invoices over 30 days.

Terms (International)

Net 45 days with established credit.  An interest charge of 1.5% per month, 18% per annum will be added to all invoices over 45 days.

Shipping (Domestic)

1. All shipments are F.O.B. Destination.  Freight and handling prepaid and added to invoice. 
2. Orders will normally be be shipped within 24 hours of receipt of order.
3. When special handling is requested, the required additional transportation and handling charges will be added to the invoice.
4. Proof of Delivery is subject to a $35.00 service charge.
5. TTS shall use its best efforts to fill orders, but TTS shall not be liable for nonperformance or delays caused by a shortage of supply of raw materials, manufacturing problems, delivery or labor problems, acts of regulatory agencies, discontinuation of a product line, acts of God, or causes beyond its control.   Purchaser agrees that in such events TTS may allocate products among all purchasers, without liability.

Shipping (International)

1. All shipments are F.O.B. Destination.  Freight and handling prepaid and added to invoice. 
2. Orders will normally be shipped within 72 hours of receipt of order.
3. Proof of Delivery is subject to a $35.00 service charge.
4. TTS shall use its best efforts to fill orders, but TTS shall not be liable for nonperformance or delays caused by a shortage of supply of raw materials, manufacturing problems, delivery or labor problems, acts of regulatory agencies, discontinuation of a product line, Acts of God, or causes beyond its control.   Purchaser agrees that in such events TTS may allocate products among all purchasers, without liability.

Damage or Loss in Transit

Freight should be counted and inspected before the carrier departs. When damaged freight is received from the carrier or when the shipment is short, a detailed notation should be made on the delivery copy and signed by the carrier's driver.

Returns

1. Credit will not be issued for merchandise returned without permission from TTS in the form of an assigned Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.
2. Unauthorized returns or returns shipped freight collect or C.O.D. will not be accepted.
3. A restocking/quality control charge will be assessed against all sterile product (30%) and non-sterile product (15%) returns unless products were defective, shipped in error, or damaged in transit.
4. Defective merchandise, items shipped in error and/or damaged in transit must be reported within 15 days of shipment.
5. Products must be returned in the same condition as received within 30 days of original shipment by TTS.  Contact Customer Service at 303-790-4766 for a Returned Materials Authorization (RMA) number.
6. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid and with the RMA number clearly marked on the shipping label.
7. Returns are not authorized for the following:
1. Items not purchased directly from TTS.
2. Products that have deteriorated because of improper handling, abuse, or other causes beyond TTS control.
3. Products with less than 9 months shelf life remaining.
4. All products whose packaging has been opened (excepting defective merchandise).
